i just got the versa and I have an lg v20 .I am getting text message notifications but my alta used to buzz to advise of an incoming message. I would like to know there is a message instead of having to constantly check. How can I get it to buzz?

Thanks for bringing this up. The vibration should be happening whenever you do receive any notification. My question in this case would be, are the notifications coming through or not? If they are, please try following the steps on this article. They should let you check if the vibration on your Alta is working or not.
