Alta syncing issues

Hi I'm having trouble syncing my Alta to my Samsung Galaxy S5. It worked the first time and then it tried run an update (which failed) and then my phone can't ever "find" my fitbit since. The fitbit seems to work perfectly and tracks my steps and tells the time etc.

It's great to see you here @Hwright86. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not connecting with your phone, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
