My Alta hasn't synced with my LG G6 since Aug 3. Multiple users with same problem are posting on Google Play since late July 2018. I can't find formal response from FitBit. I have reinstalled app on my phone, "reset" the Alta with the button on the charger, stopped and restarted Bluetooth (multiple times) to no avail. I deleted and have reconnected my device 4 times. Once I enter the 4 digit connection code from my Alta to my LG G6, the program locks up on the "Connecting" screen and goes no further. Though the LG G6 is not listed as a supported device, I had no problems with syncing for almost 4 months before the update. With so many people having problems, why isn't there a public acknowledgement or solution?

Fit bit has trouble like this off and on in the past. I'm hoping it's enough people comment then Fitbit will make a public explanation or solution. Hang in there. I've been wearing FitBits for 5 years now. I really miss it when it's not working.

My LGG6 had a system update earlier this week and since then my Fitbit has been able to synchronize. Interesting that so many Android users have problems after the last Fitbit app update but it seems that the current APP and my current Oreo operating system seem to be compatible. I'm glad to be tracking again.
