Alta won't sync

I have an Alta and until the last update I had no problems syncing to my Samsung Galaxy S6. When it first happened I came to these forums and found out how to reset the tracker. Yay! It worked ...... for about a day. I have had to reset it almost everyday since then. Does anyone know if an update to fix the bug is on the way? Or should I report this to customer service?

Ive been having the same issue today as well. Hasnt synced since 11am. I have a s6 too
