My Alta won't show my messages that I receive. I have it selected to show these notifactions so I'm not sure what to do

It's great to have you here @Alisha94! There are actually some tips you need to take into consideration and you can find them in this post. Make sure you follow all the steps listed there so you can get your notifications to work.
