Hello.
I have had a Charge 2 now for several months with no problem.
My phone is a Huawei P10 Lite with the latest upgrades installed. The Fitbit app installed with no issues and the syncing have worked like a charm until today.
Now the phone is unable to connect to the charge2.
I have tried to connect other bluetooth devices like earphones and speakers to the phone, and those devices connects successfully.
I have also tried to connect the charge2 to a iphone6 and a mac, this is also successful.
But for my Huawei phone I am unable to connect. I have tried to follow the instructions for troubleshooting the connect with force stop app, restart bluetooth, reinstall app, all with no success.
Please advice me with the next step.
