Android 0.9 (pie) won't sync with Charge 3

Hi there,

I know there has been similar posts to this but I can't find the solution to my problem in those posts.

My Fitbit charge 3 has not been able to sync for the last 2 weeks now .

I have tried the following and still no use ...

- I have recently updated my Android to Android 9 (pie)

- I have updated my fitbit app to the latest version (2.84)

- I have deleted my Fitbit from my app and tried to reconnect it as a new device

- I have deleted and reinstalled the app, still no use

It simply will not sync, and has stats on the screen back to well before the holidays.

Extremely dissatisfied given the money I have paid and it's a relatively new fitbit!

Any help will be appreciated

@Chloebb Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Please be aware that Android users are having issues syncing with Android 9 (Pie), you can check this thread to keep up to date with this.

Let me know how it goes!
