Fitbit Update: 5/28

Hi everyone, hope you all are doing great!

We started rolling out the Fitbit for Android app version 3.22 and noticed an app crash. For all you that updated to this version and are using an LG mobile device with the app saved on the external Storage unit (SD- Micro SD Card), you might experience that the Fitbit app crashes when opening it.

Our team is aware of the situation and are working on a solution for this.

In the meantime please perform these steps to continue using the Fitbit app on your devices.

  1. Go to Settings app > General > Apps & notifications > App Info > select Fitbit from list
  2. Open Storage section
  3. Change Storage Used (press Change button in the Storage Used section)
  4. Select Internal Storage and follow onscreen instructions

Should we have further information regarding this, we'll be more than happy to inform you in this thread.

We'll keep you posted.
