Android 4.0.1 mislables months as month+1 in the titles of certain line charts

In the Android 4.0.1 app release, metrics that still use the old "week, month, 3 months" interface (such as heart rate) mis-title the current month as November and all previous months as the actual month+1.

Notice that the time axis is showing the correct month ("October") in this case, but the title incorrectly shows "November".
