Android 6.0.1 vs syncronisatin

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just change my phone from a Samsung S3 for a Samsung S6 and the synchronisation of the device are WAY LESS EASY and friendly user than before. I need to have my localisation on at all time and I don't like that a lot for several reasons.

It would be great if you can fix that.

@Martinlaroche, Google made a change in Android 6.0 Marshmallow that closed a security hole which now requires Location services to be enabled in order to sync with the Fitbit app. Fitbit can't "fix" that, since it was a change made by Google and not Fitbit.

Check out this informative post on this issue:

A warm welcome to the Community @Martinlaroche and @USAF-Larry thanks for stopping by.

I recommend following our friend's recommendation and take a look at the post provided. I also need to have the location on to sync my tracker but I only turn it on when I want to sync it, you can consider do this too.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
