Charge 2 won't sync

Tuesday I updated my Charge 2 and it has not synced since then. I got in to settings and my location toggle switch is on for Fitbit and my Bluetooth is paired. When I attempted to unpair it from my Bluetooth to see if I could reset it I get a Fitbit Bluetooth service is busy message. Any other ideas?

@KalynK, did you try turning off Bluetooth on your phone, waiting 15 to 20 seconds, and then turning it back on?

If you are having problems syncing your tracker, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your tracker should sync without an inconvenience.
