Unable to paired tracker

When the dashboard change took effect I lost the steps, sleep, and heart rate tiles in the app.  Have tried editing to add tiles & they are not available.  Tried adding my device back in set up and it will not  find it. I have turned  off/on my phone, Uninstalled/installed app.  At a loss of what to do next.

Welcome to the forum!

 

Have you scrolled down on the dashboard and clicked on Edit? Once there you can add tiles and when done click on Done and they should appear.

I would like to know if you get to paired your tracker? If you still having problems setting it up, I recommend restarting your Charge HR and do the following from your Android Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
