my fit bit flex 2 is not syncing, can someone help me please.

Has it just stopped syncing or has it never synced?

 

If it has just stopped try restarting it using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work

 

If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas in this help file:

its stopped, it was working fine untill i got up this morning, i have charged it and although the little buttons were all lit up to say it had charged, it is not showing the charge on the app.

i have tryed to restart, that doesn't seem to help either

Thank you steve, it was the bluetooth connection, although my android said it was okay i stopped and restarted it and that seemed to do the trick. my daughter bought me this as a birthday gift, and i am not gadget literate so i was in a bit of a panic. thank you. x
