Has it just stopped syncing or has it never synced?
If it has just stopped try restarting it using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
Give it a few tries as it sometimes doesn't work
If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas in this help file:

its stopped, it was working fine untill i got up this morning, i have charged it and although the little buttons were all lit up to say it had charged, it is not showing the charge on the app.

Best AnswerThank you steve, it was the bluetooth connection, although my android said it was okay i stopped and restarted it and that seemed to do the trick. my daughter bought me this as a birthday gift, and i am not gadget literate so i was in a bit of a panic. thank you. x
