Don't do it. Do NOT update to this new version. I now can no longer see any of my activity. All of my runs that are on my watch are not on the app dashboard. Its just a blank area that aeems to be trying to load but can't. I have done everything they have suggested but none of theit steps worked. I'm so angry. I just purchased the charge 6 a month ago. I should havs gotten a garmin. Even my steps don't match my actual device. It's terrible. The sync is all off. Such a waste of money.

Hello @SlowAFbutmoving

I believe there is currently a problem on the Fitbit side. There have multiple users reporting issues with seeing their exercise data in the Fitbit app. I have also experienced issues with my exercise data in the Fitbit app and actually watched data from one of my workouts disappear from the app.

I happened to check the Fitbit Status Dashboard website and saw that there's been a service disruption for the Web API starting around the beginning of September. Even though the information states data discrepancy and syncing issues between 3P apps & Fitbit, the timing of when this issue started is about the same time that many of us started seeing issues with our exercise data in the Fitbit app.

The current status is still showing the Web API service disruption as of today, 09 Sep 2024. So, they must still be working on fixing the problem. Considering the service disruption has been on-going for about a week, the fix is likely not an easy one.

Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before it's fixed and we see all our exercise data again.
