Android App buggy on s9+

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

The Android app on s9+ is buggy  Sometimes it will freeze or take nearly 30 seconds to react

On some screens, such as sleep screen  it will display one of the graphs twice until I exit and go back in

It's the first app I have ever installed that is buggy like this, what's up with your developers and testers

Hello @NewbisFB.

Thanks for taking the time to bring those details up.

I've had this happen with some apps myself. My suggestion in this case would be to try moving the app from where it is installed. If it is installed in an external drive (SD card) then let's move it to the phone's internal memory. You can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go into the phone's settings.
  2. There, go into the applications' settings.
  3. Find the Fitbit app in there and tap on it.
  4. Tap on the option to move the app into the phone's internal memory or vice-versa.
  5. Restart your phone.

That should get the app to work correctly.

Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any further questions.

Hello @NewbisFB.

Thanks for reaching back to me.

In this case, for the sake of testing how it goes, please try moving the Fibit app into an external drive, if you are using one.

Let me know if you are not or if the behavior improves.
