Hi there @losercon, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about your issue.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know the model/brand of the Android phone you're using? When was the first time you experienced this issue?

While I wait for your responses, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted.

Hi Maria,

I have had the issue since I got premium.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.

I tried all of those things and it allowed me to set up Get more sleep. But when I tried to set up habits for restful sleep I still have the same issue.

Thanks

@losercon Thanks for the details provided.

Before anything else, please note that your Galaxy S20 Ultra is not yet officially supported by the Fitbit app. This would explain the app crashes you're running into. To see the list of compatible devices, click here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

By any chance, do you have access to any other mobile phone that is actually included in the list of supported devices so you can try accessing to Get More Sleep and see if the app still crashes?

Looking forward to your response.

Hi,

Unfortunately this is the only phone I have will it become a compatible
device in future?

If not there's no point having premium as you can't guarantee anything will
work?

Thanks
