Hey guys,

My Fitbit app does not have the 'Community' Tab.

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and this hasn't worked.

Anybody else have this issue? Any solutions?

I wanted to follow-up and let everyone here know that our team has fixed what was disabling some users from seeing the Community Feed tab inside of the app.

Since this issue has now been resolved, I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. If this issue comes up again in the future or there is something new you would like to report, please open a new topic. Thanks everyone! Smiley Happy

@Elizabethb94 It may not be released in your country.. I just realise that's why it appeared suddenly in my Android App, released in Australia.

If you search the Community Forum there is an old list there  from the mods of the countries where implemented.

My friend has it she's from the UK and I received an email about it.

Elizabeth, I had a similar location based issue (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Android-App-unstable/m-p/2434640#M65512).

I would suggest trying a change to your location settings in the Fitbit app to make it think you are in the UK since the tabs are enabled there.

If that doesn't work try setting up a new Google account and telling that you are in England so it allows you to download the UK version of the app. I use this trick to bypass my UK Google account not allowing me to download banking, TV and other apps only available in Spain where I actually live now.

I live in Norway, and had to change my location under advanced settings to get the community option. I switched off automatic location and manually choosed US.

Hi, there! Thanks for bringing this up in the forums @Elizabethb94. Sorry that a few of you don't see the Community Feed tab in the Fitbit app. I know you are all eager to get started with this feature! Please know our team is informed that it isn't yet visible to everyone, but they are working towards getting this resolved asap.

In the meantime, you can give @Tao75's suggestion a try and change your locale to the U.S. to access the Community Feed. Let me know if this works for you all! Thanks for your patience on this.
