Android App heart rate zones

On my app, the heart rate zones always show as blank since one of the recent updates as per below, despite me doing exercise/activity on a daily basis.

Please could any other Android users confirm whether theirs works please? As this would help me narrow it down to whether its an app problem, a device problem, or a 'me' problem. My last post was moved for some reason to another forum where there isn't a lot of activity so just trying again here, thank you.

So on the day below, I'd done loads of activity and my heart rate was in moderate and vigorous on several occasions, but the summary below is just all zeros.

@Linz16 my heart rate zones are displayed in the app. My phone is a Pixel 9 with Android 15. I'm using a Pixel Watch 3 with the November update. I have version 4.30 of the Fitbit app. If you share your info, we may be able to help you figure out what is going on.

@alexthecat thank you!

My info is the same other than the device, which is a Charge 2 and my phone is Samsung A54.

It had been suggested on another forum that it is the device at fault as it is considered 'old'. However the device works perfectly, I've only been having issues with the app since all the updates started in September 2023 like everyone else.

The device records my heart rate info correctly. The app records it perfectly on the heart rate chart and shows it in the correct zones, moderate, vigorous etc. But it no longer shows it in the summary to tell me how many minutes in each zone which is useful to me.

To my non technical mind this is an app issue since the data is right there in the app, it is just not being included in the summary area?

I've had so many issues since the multiple updates began, and I know it's affected thousands of other users. If Fitbit are advising me I need to purchase a new tracker, this worries me! Because I see so many other users with newer devices also having problems. I personally think the issue is the app. Would be interested in your thoughts.

@Linz16 I don't have any particular insight into this issue. I see that you have found another thread about this issue. I would suggest continuing to press for a response there. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
