The same thing happened to me after a software update. It's very frustrating, this is my primary reason for wearing the fitbit.

I’ve had the same thing happen. So annoying! Is there any fix to this?

Mine suddenly changed back to the old version! I'd done everything..I spent hours trying to fix it..but it still didn't work.. so I deleted my fitbit from the app and linked it back and it's all working fine now

Uninstalled the app and reinstalled Google gave me the same data and display as before!

Thanks for the tip. I just un-installed the app and reinstalled it, now it's back to the old format and working.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app hasn't worked and neither has powering off and on the phone. I've said in a different forum that I think this is a back end problem that only Fitbit can fix. Hopefully they are proactively working on it.

By doing that did you lose all your past data??

No, my step counts, resting heart rate and the squiggly heart rate graphs were all still there. But the time in heart rate zones which used to be in easily understandable peak, cardio and fat burn block graphs are all gone. As is all my previous time in heart rate zone past history.

Yes I've had exactly the same problem since the update. Also not showing all my exercise days either. It's infuriating me as I'm new to working out in the last 9 months and I'd just added tracking my calories and everything.

Same here. Since the latest update my Gitbit inspire data is glitchy all over the app, including time in zones, inability to edit activities, and random patchy loss of previous data. This update has really motivated me to start looking at other trackers, my inspire 2 is of little use now unless they can come up with some fixes.

Mine is still not working I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also deleted my Fitbit off the app and reloaded and still not showing time in zones.

I have the same problem and been trying to fix myself. No luck, I have rebooted Fitbit, uninstalled app, disconnected device from app. So frustrating as main use of my Fitbit.
Anyone managed to fix theirs yet?

I find it very annoying that Fitbit has not fixed this problem. I will never buy another Fitbit and I have been using it for years.

Saa asme. Ever since the update, my Fitbit keeps telling me my pulse dropped from 77 to 41 for 10 minutes at a time. This obviously is a glitch. I have other devices to take my pulse and it's right where it should be. What's going on?
