Android App keeps crashing

I replaced my lost Alta with a new one. Since then the app crashes immediately. I have cleared the cashe and all of the data. I even removed the Alta and none of that has helped. I removed the app and reinstalled to be 100% sure that I had the latest version. Can anyone help because this is really making me mad.

That is happening to me too. I tried going to the forums to see if I can fix it in any way possible. But it looks like you can't cause you and I are using the Galaxy S7. Which that the Galaxy S7 isn't supported (yet) for the app.

Which sucks because iv'e been trying to lose weight and get the body shape I want. I'm trying to slim down and go from 160lbs to 150lbs. That is a long way to go. But for now you and I have to wait. What I recommend to do is that if you have any apple tablet or anything that the app is compatible with, use that until the Galaxy S7 is actually supported. I'm pretty sure that phone has only been out for a month and they need some time to port it over. But please make a complaint email or letter to Fitbit to make this problem be seen.

Also, how I know that you have a Galaxy S7 is that on the botom of the forum post you put up it said,  "Posted from Samsung SM-G935P" and I just looked up what the model was, then found it on google.

But please like I said, send them a complaint email or letter to make this problem to be seen.
