Android Fitbit App for Surge Constantly Crashes

I wish I had a nickel for every time the Fitbit application on my Android Droid MAXX phone has crashed. I've sent no less than 10 error logs in the last day to you, wherever that goes. I purchased my Surge 4 days ago. Since, I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the Fitbit application twice, to no avail. I turned of all day sync thinking that might help, and I turned off sensitive sleep because that piece won't work. I've disabled any applications that aren't needed on the Droid. I cannot monitor sleep, as every morning I wake up to one of two messages: a "cannot connect to the server" error or a could not monitor sleep message. All of my other devices stay connected to WiFi. I love the concept of this device and the motivating factors, but I'm ready to burst... I'd appreciate some help at your earliest convenience. Thanks...

@lesleej Does the app crash when you click on something specific? There was recently a crash when clicking on the "Alarms" setting in the main menu but that has since been resolved with the most recent update of the Android app, version 2.26. I recommend confirming that you're updated and giving it another try.

Thanks for getting back to me Erick... I installed the latest Fitbit app
last night when prompted by Play Store. I also verified I have the latest
Android build for my phone. The error was happening mostly because I had
All-Day Sync on. My phone does not like hooking up to fitbit.com all the
time. Constantly I was getting the could not connect to fitbit.com errors,
even when I verified the phone could go anywhere else on the Internet.
Beyond that, the app (new and old) crashes quite often just trying to
scroll up or down to the bottom of the app to add water, add food, or look
at calories. It basically freezes and then says it stopped. I've been
sending the logs as requested. Sending errors works well, but I would much
prefer accurate logs and a smooth app :)!
