Phone: pixel 2xl latest Android build available
Fitbit app: latest update
Versa 2: 44.128.5.38
Notifications don't come through to the watch - reinstalling the app does solve it, for that day, the next day no notifications on the watch.
Before Versa firmware update it worked.
Testcall within the app will do nothing, even though all notifications are switched on.
Hopefully it does help you guys to some it...
Best AnswerIt is not "just" Android devices. My iPhone continues to be unable to sync with my Inspire2, AND my sleep log is unreliable -- sometimes it works for a few nights, then it stops. I keep the Inspire2 battery full at all times, ditto my iPhone. When I contacted Fitbit via "chat" the Fitbit app on my phone, I was told to use my laptop instead! (This would require a time-consuming re-explanation to a whole new Fitbit staffer... however, I was game to try it.) But when I tried to do the "chat" version of contacting Fitbit on my laptop, the link for that mode of communication was not working. That was five hours ago and it is still not working.
I am completely fed up with FitBit and its inability to provide decent service and a product that functions as promised. This is my third FitBit, but will definitely be my last.

This just happed to me. All lights are flashing on my Fitbit and it will not sync after talking with customer support and doing the following:
- Force quit the app
- Open it
- Let the app sync
My Fitbit was purchased back in 2017, but after only a few years, if this doesn't start to work after many other users reporting the same issue, I highly doubt that I will buy another Fitbit.
This hasn't worked for:
Sense: FW v. 44.128.5.38
Fitbit App: 3.43
Android Version S: SPB2.210513.011
Best AnswerThey can send out daily emails trying to sell you stuff, but if there is a known problem, just email all. Save time and frustration to users. They just don't care. Last time this happened they had me jump through hoops for days. Finally said I need a new watch. Left it on my desk for a month, recharged and it worked fine until last night when it stopped syncing and time is incorrect. Will just do nothing and hopeful they will get around to fixing it. Will never buy another Fitbit.
I hear you! My Versa Lite is only 13 months old, and it's totally useless. I actually spoke to someone at Fitbit and they certainly didn't seem to be "aware" of this issue. They only offered me 35% off a NEW Fitbit. Not happy either!
Did not work
Best AnswerDone and that did not work either. Thanks though.

Please someone let us know when these issues are expected to be resolved. If this is going to be an ongoing issue I will not have nice things to sau about Fitbit devices going forward
