Just wanted to update with a success. Sense / Samsung S10e 

 

I had resolved my sync issues last week, but was not receiving notifications from my phone. I updated the app on phone, restarted both devices and then found I had to enter the settings/notifications area in the app and switch it on (it was off after update), which makes you give permissions again, and notifications now work.

 

Thank you for the fix, but may I suggest better communication as to progress of fixes in future as this has been a very frustrating period of time not knowing if progress was being made.

hi @Gdbicher it is not possible to activate Charge 4 with Win10, you have to use your smartphone, and your Android version has to be 8 or higher.

I do not HAVE a smart phone. Are you saying that the Charge 4 ONLY works with a smart phone, either Android or iPhone?

@Gdbicher, all newer Fitbit trackers and watches must be activated with either Android or iOS. Some features can be seen in the WIN10 app. The WIN10 app has not been updated for years. My guess is the WIN10 app will be terminated sooner rather than later.

Well I have a new iPhone and everything worked until recently when the body fat stopped showing up. It is not working with my iPhone 12.

I'm still not getting any notifications (reminders to move, texts, calls, etc) to my Charge4. I've done "Send a Test Call Notification", uninstalled, reinstalled, unpaired/paired bluetooth and reset Charge4 while plugged in. It's also not showing me the clock face anymore when I turn my wrist or tapping the screen. I MUST press the button EVERY TIME. My Android operating system is 11. Help!

I'm still having issues getting notifications on my versa 3...has the problem been fixed?  I've Uninstaller the fitbit app, resynced, recharged both phone and versa3 and still no go with receiving notifications. I made sure the vibrate feature was turned on as well as all notifications that I want on.

My Inspire 2 is not syncing messages on my iPhone.

My Inspire 2 also has a charging issue. At first it was just not holding a charge for more than a few hours. GPS is off.  Now it is a 0 charge and will not recharge at all. I paid for the extended warranty which is not helping because I am getting the message No one is available to assist you when I try to contact customer service.

Please let me know when the problem is fixed. I just bought my dad the sense and it has down load app on it and will not go off. Is this the problem you are talking about?

finally fixed for me - the app auto-updated but I needed to restart my phone and my watch before my phone would connect with my versa 3 controls. thank god I can text while swimming in the lake again! my summer has been saved

I have the sense bought it in april and all of a sudden it started last week shutting on and off randomly everyday. It also unconnectes from bluetooth it seems even when bluetooth says its connected so i shut bluetooth off unpair then repair everything over and over till finally calls and texts come back threw my watch. Its never been wet, dropped, banged against anything nothing at all it came out of no where after i undated the sense this last time . I'm confused and upset i love my watch

It is still an issue for me. Updated the software version, removed the fitbit watch from the application and tried doing setup once again and now it is not getting detected.

Started with sync issues.

Now not able to detect my watch too

yes i never had a issue till i updated the latest update on the fitbit app
cause it was telling your tracker needs updated so i did just that. Now my
watch shuts off on its own randomly threw out the day, daily. Does not
stayed connected to bluetooth even though the Bluetooth says its connected.
Its very frustrating.🙄😢😞

Downloaded, rebooted, and I am still getting the spinning connecting message. Running Android 10.

My syncing process is taking forever, more than an hour. New device, freshly updated app. I am worried that it won't work at all. Help!
