My Do Not Disturb says "on", but I cannot tap on it to bring it up to change it. Is there another way to change it?
Best AnswerMy dnd isn't on. My phone finds tracker won't sync via Bluetooth to set it up. Its a pain
Ticket logged but we just need app update (that works!)
Best AnswerIf you're responding to a post I sent late last night questioning why they had me send mine back rather than waiting for the notification fix they never offered me a 35% off coupon. They're sending me another Versa 3 back. But with all of the challenges folks in Community seem to have to deal with, I understand your question completely. Apparently the problem I'm having ISN'T with notifications anyway.
Best AnswerHi
My fitbit has randomly stopped getting notifications, is this still an issue being investigated?
Best AnswerSo, yesterday was interesting. Because my Android-installed Fitbit app appeared to have stopped tracking on Monday just after I had opened it and watched it increment steps in real time, I didn't open the app for the entirety of my time exercising yesterday, thinking that perhaps leaving it alone during activity might somehow provide a full report, as Monday's had eventually done (albeit without cross-populating data in the app).
Lo and behold, viewing the app later showed that not only did Fitbit not report my 12000+ steps, but it had also dropped the entire report of Monday's steps. It only reported 168 steps, which were clearly from morning activity around the house.
Of course, none of the data slivers have yet reached my browser Fitbit version. Is that no longer being supported?
