The compatabilty screen lists V10 and when I first got my Charge 3, the V20 synced with it??????

Are you complaining that a phone not on the list was able to sync?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The V20 was never listed and still isn't but my V20 worked with my Charge 3 since Dec 2018 . Now I have to reboot it each time and even then it doesn't always sync ???????

The Charge 3 is garbage. It syncs only rarely and nothing has changed between a sync and a miss. Will try to get my money back
