hello, I have a fitbit versa lite watch, it has lost sync for a few days, I deleted the device from the apps, I returned to the factory settings, but I can't reconnect it. now I can't connect my watch to my samsung J7 phone.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I resumed the procedure, I changed the phone but still nothing, it works about 15-30 minutes after which it does not synchronize again !!! I really don't know what to do anymore. All this since the last update, approximately 26-27.04.2020. I mention that I use the Sentinel face which without this synchronization does not receive and does not display data!
