Android app and sleep tracking

Greetings!

On September 20, 2022 an update to the android app broke sleep tracking that no longer gives us sleep stages or score. When can we expect this to be fixed? This update also broke the resting heart rate.I don't necessarily assume it is the android app since the web site shows the same information. However, all of this started on September 20/21, 2022. On my end I have reset, logged out, rebooted, and followed previous responses from others post.

Thank you for your attention on this matter.

Hello!

Not sure why this question disappeared from the queue, but does support have any response to the original question? As noted I have gone through all of the troubleshooting ideas including changing the sleep sensitivity option. Nothing has worked so I am still going on the assumption that the app has been broken. When can we see a resolution to the problem?

Thank you

Don

On 10/6/22 I noticed I am now running version 3.68. Not sure when it updated automatically (and it's release wasn't "announced" on the forum), but I have noticed for the last week or so the problems I (and MANY others) have been having with the sleep data seem to be corrected. Just wondering if your problems have been resolved?

Thank you for the reply! I updated to 3.68 when it came out. The problem persists. I am using a Samsung Galaxy 8 and the web interface. I'm a little frustrated ... but that is life.
