Android app duplicating sleep data after editing it

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My first night of sleep tracking: in the morning, it kept tracking "sleep" for like 30min because I hadn't got out of bed.

I tapped the pencil and edited the sleep interval to shorten it. As soon as I hit "save", it duplicated the sleep data, which appeared TWICE on the sleep graph.

I then tried to delete one of the two versions, which deleted both and removed my sleep tracking data.

This is ridiculous. PLEASE FIX.

Welcome to the Forums @mrdanield.

Thanks for bringing this up and letting us  know that deleting one removed both entries.

In this case, the next time it happens I recommend that you try to log out of the app and then force close it. After doing that, open the app up again and log in. That should force it connect to the servers again and display all information correctly (only one sleep entry)

Let me know if there are any further questions.
