Please make an Android phone app that works like they used to... smooth and reliable. Tell your programmers to stop over thinking things and focus on making it just plain work. No tunnel vision and over-the-top features added just because they can. You're not going to pull customers away from the competition with extra bells and whistles when the app won't do the most basic thing, which is work.
What you're actually doing is chasing customers away 😞 :-[ 😮
Although I think that's pretty obvious to most 😉

Hello @Crazy-Fritter, awesome to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I honestly appreciate your feedback about the functionality of the Fitbit app. I will rely your comments to our teams since all the feedback from our users is very important and we do take in consideration this comments.
Rest assure we are working everyday to improve and make better the Fitbit experience. But with all this I'm wondering if you are experiencing an issue in particular? Perhaps I may know a few things to help you out.
See you later and stay awesome!

Roberto thank you for responding and passing on my concerns, that's all I can ask of you, that's why I marked this as solved 😉
There's nothing you can help me with unfortunately, I've been using Fitbits for a long time, and know my way around them pretty well. The Android app has degraded too badly for me to continue fighting with it anymore at this point, I'm just going to keep reading until I start seeing some positive feedback about it, and maybe try it again down the road.
