Android app hasn't synced in a month

I've been using the android fitbit app for years. I've been working from home lately, so I didn't notice until today my fitbit app on my android cell hasn't synced since 9/4. And when I tried to sync it, it says 'Network Operatoin failed, No network connection. Please check your settings'. when I click to view my account in the app, the page opens and it blank. I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded and installed. Now I can't log into it because it give me the same 'no network connection' error message! I definitely have a network connection. What is wrong?

It's great to see you around @DReinig. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. I would like to know if you keep having problems connecting your tracker with your phone? If you do, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
