@Afslater, this usually happens when logged into the app with a different account than was used to sync the tracker. Have you logged out of the app, closed it, restarted the phone, and then restarted the app and logged in with the correct email account?

I only use one email account with my tracker. I have logged out, "forced stop" the app (per Fitbit Support) and restarted the phone, etc., with no success. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
