Android app not syncing, tiles show no readings for heart rate, track exercise, sleep or hourly movement. Only started today, but app has been sluggish last few days. App version 2.68 (2193263), phone HTC One M9 (Android 7.0). Previously logging out then back in resolved the problem & app updated. However, this is no longer the case. Also scrolling back through days shows everything as blank, no readings at all.

@SunsetRunner, this is interesting to me, as I also have the HTC One M9 with Android 7.0, and have not had any problems with syncing. This morning I updated to Fitbit app v2.69, and have synced twice since the upgrade. Try opening the phone's Settings->Bluetooth->Fitbit and tell it to Forget the Device. Then, shut down the phone, and start it again then re-open the Fitbit app and see if it syncs.

Same here. My problem started Friday afternoon. Did several things -- charged Fitbit, charged phone, restarted phone, found updated app so installed that, restarted phone again, plus multiple attempts to force connection. Seeing "device not found" even when it is only 6" away. Now here looking for answers.

Deleted app & reinstalled. Followed your instructions & after a slight delay synced successfully. Synced again this morning. Great, thanks .
