Tracker timing is off by 1 hour

Just recently when I track exercise (eg a walk or run) the timer starts at 1:00 hour. So if I have done a 30 min walk it registers as 1 hour 30.  Any suggestions please

Hello @Clippa, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not normal. However I'm wondering how are you tracker your walk and run? Is this using the connected GPS through your tracker or using the MobileRun feature of your Fitbit app?

 

I saw you have a Charge 2 registered on your Community profile, but I would like to confirm this minor details.
