I have been trying for several versions of the Android app to log my custom meals with no sucess. The app used to just crash whenever I tried to log one of my custom meals. With version 2.34 the app no longer crashes when I try to log one of my custom meals, it just DOES NOT log it.
On your Fitbit website there are 2 columns to choose from when logging foods. One column is "FOODS", that is where anything and everything I have ever logged is listed. The other column is "MEALS". That is where I enter my custom meals. I have 9 custom meals entered in this column.
In the Android app there isn't a "MEALS" section. There is a "CUSTOM" section. This custom section is where I assume my custom meals should be and they are, but there is a lot of other foods in there that are not in my "MEALS" section on your website. Whenever I try to enter one of my custom meals from this custom section it used to crash the app, now it just DOES NOT log the meal.

@waltbros Welcome to our Community! Try logging out of the app, restart your phone and then log back in. After this retry logging your custom meal. You can also try selecting it as a Favorite from the website and then look for in on your App under Favorites to log it.
Let me know how it goes!

I have logged out the app and restarted my Galaxy S7 DOZENS of times to no avail. As far as selecting it as a favorite from the website, ALL THE FOODS IN THE MEAL ARE ALREADY IN MY FAVORITES BUT THE MEAL ISN'T. I could select all the foods seperatly if I wanted but I want to be able to select them AS A MEAL in the app like I can select them as a meal on the website. You guys are starting to sound like Microsoft..... If that doesn't work, try rebooting your computer. SMH

The issue with logging meals has been well documented and has been around for the last few releases, it's been a few months since it worked.
The meals are there, but if we try to log it, it has zero calories.
.
The latest beta still has this problem

@gdio53 When @gdio53 said that the app crashed I though it could be a different issue but I guess you are referring to the issue described by my pal @ErickFitbit in this post. I think you are right so at this time I can only ask for your patience @waltbros while this issue is resolved by the developers. In the meantime please log your food using the website dashboard.
I'll be around!
