Fitbit charge will not connect

I have tried for days to sync my fit bit so thought I would reset and delete. I am now trying to reconnect my fit bit but it doesn't show me a 4 digit code when trying to match with blue tooth please help

Hello @Ruthers, it is great to see new members around the forums! If you still stuck on the 4 digit code, let's go ahead and start all over. First try to restart the Charge HR by following the instructions on this post. Then, take a look of this other post to set it up your tracker as a new device. 

 

Let me know if your tracker is syncing properly. Cat Happy
