Hello @Ruthers, it is great to see new members around the forums! If you still stuck on the 4 digit code, let's go ahead and start all over. First try to restart the Charge HR by following the instructions on this post. Then, take a look of this other post to set it up your tracker as a new device.
Let me know if your tracker is syncing properly.
