Android app won't show SpO2 data

App version 3.43.1 (updated on my phone on 6/25).

Using a Sense version 44.128.5.38 (most recent AFAIK).

For the last couple days (at least), SpO2 won't be displayed in the app's health metrics.

Everything else syncs but SpO2.

Of course, I have a SpO2 clock face. I've used "SpO2 Signature" from the beginning.

I switched to "SpO2 Active" last night as a troubleshooting step:

Since there's no way to access health metrics but in the app (which refuses to display that one), I can't access values past the current day. I chart some of the data on my own in Excel...

Ideas?

The same problem is on iOS. It seems a generic Fitbit software bug that appeared recently. Hopefully their support monitors the forum and are aware of the issue.

Affects Versa lite also..

Talked to customer service this morning. They are aware of the problem.

Tap SpO2 Tracker then Install then Install. The SpO2 app doesn't appear as an app on your watch; instead, it runs in the background to track.

And somehow, as of this morning, SpO2 is being displayed in the app again.
I didn’t change anything on the watch nor in the app. I suspect a backend bug that got fixed.
