This is day 2 of my versa and from the moment I have gotten it its had issues with pairing. I have gone through other forums and have tried all of those. (Restarting phone, turning on always connect, etc.) I got this specifically becuase I want to know when I'm getting calls and texts and thats exactly what it's not doing. Anyone have any solutions? Or am I to return it and keep searching for a smart watch that will work correctly?

Welcome to the Forums @MissyBerry.
Thanks for sharing your situation and listing all of the steps that you have tried after looking through the Forums.
In this case, I'd like to ask you what phone is it that you are using. That could shed some light into what is going on. I also want to ask you to provide more details on what exactly is happening besides the notifications not working. Do you get an error message when you try to sync? If the Fitbit paired to your Fitbit account or has it never been paired?
In the meantime please check and confirm that you have gone through all of the steps listed in this help article. That should help with the notifications.
I look forward to your reply so that we can find the best way to get this situation resolved.

My phone is a LG V30. I have followed the steps in the help article. It will pair and sync, but then once it disconnects for whatever reason (possibly getting too far from phone, but unlikely because I've just been walking around my house) I can not get it to pair or sync again. Bluetooth will show thats itsits paired device but does nothing when I click on it. I have unpaired it but then it cant find the Versa. Reset phone over and over again until it can find it. I do get the error message when I try to sync. Fitbit is paired to account. Today it has been working so far. But it also hasnt disconnected yet

Hello @MissyBerry.
I apologize for the delay in my account.
This might be happening because the LG V30 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the set up.
If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to set up with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
