I have tried everything recommended. I am just getting calories and nothing else. I have a Alta and Android. Has not synced since Tues.

This happens entirely too often. I shouldn't have to constantly disable bluetooth, restart my phone, etc nor should I have to carry my doggie with me to work in order to sync.
