Android (oppo) won't sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had a fitbit versa since June and all was going well until about a month ago. It stopped syncing so I factory reset it and it worked for a couple of weeks then stopped again. Screen was flashing so took back to store and got a replacement. Now my new one won't set up! Wondering if it is my phone? Have tried everything (uninstalling app, Bluetooth off/on, watch off/on etc). I have a half marathon in 2 weeks ND really need it! Help! !!

Nice to see that you're digging into the Forums @Rusty7, let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa doesn't want to sync with your Oppo.

Thanks a lot for all your efforts trying to resolve this situation. You can try removing the watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings with all devices listed there too. Restart your phone and your watch again. Now add the tracker to the Bluetooth list and reopen the app to start a sync.

If those steps don't help, I would like to know exactly what "Oppo" are you using to try the synchronization. This to check the compatibility with the Fitbit app, if you want to check you can go to this page. In the meantime I recommend you to check all the requirements listed in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps, let me know how it goes. Have a nice weekend!Cat Happy
