I have deleted the app twice, restarted my versa and it will not connect with the app. I get to the point of putting in the numbers. It spins for alittle bit and then takes me back. I finally bought something for myself and it won't work!
Best AnswerIf your device is not on the official Fitbit compatible device list then I would suggest returning your Versa for a refund as you will experience endless problems.
