Hi up until two days ago my charge 2 has been syncing fine with my android phone and now it won't even connect with my phone, my phone Bluetooth can't find it, I tried from my tablet this can also not find it, I've tried switching Bluetooth on and off turning phone on and off deleting and reinstalling app several times nothing has worked any help would be great

Having tried restarting your phone without any success I would try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries though as it doesn't always work.
