Since my update on 08/08/2017, with my Samsung Galaxy S5, my Fitbit won't sync.
i contacted Verizon they said to go to a Best Buy store and have them roll back the update. I also contacted Samsung, they guided me through steps to correct my issue.
Of course it didn't work. They also told me to go to Best Buy and have them refresh my
software. That also didn't work. The sales rep at Best Buy told me that either or all, Fitbit, Samsung and Google need to correct this issue. Meanwhile all Fitbit owners just own a watch with nothing smart about it. Good luck to all Fitbit owners. Maybe it's time to buy an Apple iPhone and smart watch.
