Called fitbit. Said it was a android problem. My phone won't update when a new update is available.

Do you by any chance have a Samsung Flip? There is a general issue currently going on. It seems it is related to the latest Android update. This has been reported and a solution is already in the works.

Hi @MelWil1961 Are you talking about an Android operating system update, or (I hope) the Fitbit app? If you go to the Google Play store and update your Fitbit app from there.
What mobile device, android version (under setttings), and Fitbit app version are you using? The Fitbit version should be available n the app under your settings (tap your profile photo).
