I just bought a Fitbit Inspire and I can't get the app to stop crashing. I see that a lot of people reported it happing with the iPhones, but I have an Android. I've tried installing the app and reinstalling it and I've tried restarting my phone. They both didn't stop the app from crashing. If I can get it to work. I'll probably just return it.

It's not on the compatible or the not compatible list, so I'm guessing that
means it's not compatible??

Sorry @Jaz120 but sometimes even if it's not on the list, you might have limited success. You have a computer or tablet you could use?

@Jaz120 I can't find it now, but saw a moderator had posted a possible workaround, but it might not work. You'd need to force quit the app, turn off bluetooth, remove the app, reboot the phone and restart bluetooth and reinstall the app. You've probably done all of this. Sorry this happened to you. If my phone ever stops working, I still have my old desktop.

but my phone. My phone is a lot easier to carry around than my tablet and
laptop. Thanks for the suggest. I think I'll just return it and try again
maybe in the future. Thanks for your help and have a nice day!
