I have just gotten the New Galaxy S21+ with Verizon (os 11 -G996USQU1AUA3) It is running the new ONE UI Version 3.1. Intermittently the app will not load getting stuck on the fitbit splash screen, and I must restart the phone to get it to work again. It will load a few times then stop again.

Logout of the Fitbit App and then try this
In Android phone Settings Apps Fitbit clear Fitbit storage cache [not data] force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully go away]
Login to the Fitbit App |
It may clear any corruption. Please advise if it solves the problem
