Fitbit not syncing to the app

I'm so annoyed! I can't get to customer Support! It sends me around in circles!? The live chat is unreachable! 

The data on my Fitbit is not saving to the app. I can see today's steps, but not yesterday's.. I can't see anything past January 20th at 8:20AM.. why? and why can't I get to the live chat?

Mine was working but quit syncing today again.

@SunsetRunner  you have the same problem as @Haka where the app doesn't show the previous day's steps? If not, then you might want to start your own post or find one more relevant.

I'm having the same issue. It started suddenly today. Synced earlier but previous day's data is missing now. And, it won't sync now.
