App Will Not load all the time 3.37.1

I have just gotten the New Galaxy S21+ with Verizon (os 11 -G996USQU1AUA3) It  is running the new ONE UI Version 3.1.   Intermittently the app will not load getting stuck on the fitbit splash screen, and I must restart the phone to get it to work again.    It will load a few times then stop again.

Logout of the Fitbit App and then try this

 

In Android phone Settings

Apps

Fitbit

clear Fitbit storage cache [not data]

force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully go away]

 

Login to the Fitbit App

 

It may clear any corruption. Please advise if it solves the problem

I will let you know, but since my first post it appears the issue has gone
away. Will try what you have asked me to do, if it acts up again. Thank
you for your response.

You could try clearing the Fitbit apps cache.
