App automatically logged out, cant log in

My app has automatically logged out tonight (android). When i try to log in it tells me the email or password are incorrect (they're not). Resetting a password also doesnt work as i get a message that i have no network connection (i do). Clearing the cache, uninstalling the app and reinstalling also does not work

Hello @Mickd1608, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community. I was reading the issue you are experiencing and this issue was presenting in the version 2.62 of the Android app. However I haven't seen more reports until now since then.

 

There is a new version of the Android app that start rolling out recently so make sure to review the Google play store to see if this new version is already available for you. For more details take a look at this post: Android app version 2.65.1 is now available - 1/25.

 

Once you have the new version, restart your app doing the following:

 

Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
