App changing data on steps, activity and not sending messages

Since Tuesday my steps after syncing correctly then by next morning have her reduce by 400-700 also active minutes weds recorded as 0 despite earlier showing as 50 then last night changed frm 34 for yesterday - thursday and now shows 7. Also cant send messages. Whats going on?????

@AnneButton, can you provide a little more information so that we can help you find a solution, such as which tracker are you using, which phone are you using, what version of the Android app are you using?
